The Durham Investigation—Beneath the Headlines
28 Aug 2023 This discussion, from October 21, 2021, revolves around the John Durham investigation. US Attorney Durham secured a conviction of Kevin Clinesmith. Durham also indicted and tried Attorney Michael Sussmann and analyst Igor Danchenko. Subsequent to this report, both Sussmann and Danchenko were found not guilty by juries. There were no other indictments or trials of any other individuals, named or unnamed. -

Is Israel Ethnic Cleansing?

The California Ethnic Studies Danger Goes National
In September 2023, the ADL, the Brandeis Center, the AJC, and others filed suit against the Santa Ana school board, asserting that it had adopted an ethnic studies curriculum that is antisemitic and anti-Israel and had gone against transparency standards in doing so. StandWithUs posted their objections to the current Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum (ESMC) in March 2021. -
