Israel is in an existential war, and that war is spreading across the Middle East. Jewish people are under attack everywhere, from San Francisco to London to Rome—in their communities and on campuses. World War J is upon us.
(click to view pdf)1 Feb: StopAntisemitism shared a recording of a Palo Alto city council meeting in which audience members (including a child) were denying Hamas’s October 7 atrocities and claiming that Israel had done these to its own citizens.
30 Jan 2024: UN Watch have compiled a report that includes Telegram messages showing that “UNRWA teachers in a 3,000-member UNRWA staff Telegram group cheered and celebrated Hamas's October 7th massacre … The UNRWA staff in the group shared photos and video footage of those events and prayed for the terrorists’ success and for Israel’s destruction, in clear violation of UN rules.”
6 Dec: A Jewish student at MIT provides testimony on the lack of support she and fellow Jewish students have received from the MIT administration following antisemitism directed at them by fellow students and by faculty members. A Jewish student at NYU provides testimony on her regrettably similar experiences.
5 Dec 2023: The Jerusalem Post reports that Hamas inflicted severe and multiple mutilations on the persons and corpses of female IDF soldiers (reader discretion advised).
